About the role
- Owning and maximizing renewal value of Cloudflare’s largest Enterprise customers
- Building and leveraging C-level relationships
- Presenting and articulating ROI with key stakeholders
- Using strong business acumen and technical understanding to articulate business value
- Planning, forecasting, and prioritizing work for maximum outcomes
- Maintaining and reporting an accurate weekly forecast
- Customer engagement from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle
- Negotiating and executing renewal contracts
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities and business value
- Driving strong alignment with the Sales team
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inside or Field sales or Renewal management
- 2+ years relative industry experience
- Expertise in SaaS retention and sales process
- Experience working with senior or C-level customer stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of value driven sales
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and ability to influence
