About the role

  • Serve as the technical owner of Zylo, our system of record
  • Maintain accurate license inventories and proactively identify gaps
  • Operationalize our Shadow IT monitoring
  • Act as the first line of defense for Application Owners
  • Create Renewal Prep Kits 90 days prior to contract expiration
  • Independently identify friction points in workflows and partner with IT and Procurement to streamline them
  • Analyze software usage trends and interpret them for optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS Operations, IT Asset Management, or Technology Procurement
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Advanced proficiency with SaaS Management Platforms (Zylo experience preferred) and Excel/Sheets
  • Technical proficiency comfortable manipulating large datasets
  • Strong ability to influence without authority
