About the role
- Champion the Employee Lifecycle: Take ownership of end-to-end processes including onboarding, internal transfers, organization changes/compensation changes and offboarding.
- Architect of Process Documentation: Create, maintain, and regularly amend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Ops-related processes.
- HR-to-Payroll Ownership: Manage the preparation and submission of accurate payroll data.
- Systems Super-User: Maintain and optimize tech stack ensuring clean, reliable data within Workday.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the first line of support for employee inquiries.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for automation and reduce manual work.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain accuracy in employee records and perform audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Team, Legal, IT, and Finance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in People Operations or HR Administration, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS is essential.
- Proficient using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with the HR-to-Payroll pipeline.
- Detail Obsessed: Handle sensitive employee information and compliance documentation.
- Highly adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
