About the role
- Act as a technical keystone through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales.
- Work closely with Enterprise prospects and customers for success on the Cloudflare platform.
- Train and onboard new customers via various methods (video-conference, in person, documentation).
- Support long-term customer success with Cloudflare technology.
- Develop new firewall rules, performance caching strategies, and internal tools/scripts for customers.
- Collaborate with teams from Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support for customer advocacy.
Requirements
- Strong ability to communicate professionally in Cantonese or Mandarin is a must have.
- Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands;
- Understanding of “how the internet works” including:
- Knowledge of TCP & UDP differences and applications;
- Ability to explain differences between authoritative DNS & recursive DNS;
- Understanding of firewalls and TLS importance, HTTP nuances;
- Singaporean or PR is highly preferred.
