About the role

  • Act as a technical keystone through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales.
  • Work closely with Enterprise prospects and customers for success on the Cloudflare platform.
  • Train and onboard new customers via various methods (video-conference, in person, documentation).
  • Support long-term customer success with Cloudflare technology.
  • Develop new firewall rules, performance caching strategies, and internal tools/scripts for customers.
  • Collaborate with teams from Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support for customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to communicate professionally in Cantonese or Mandarin is a must have.
  • Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands;
  • Understanding of “how the internet works” including:
  • Knowledge of TCP & UDP differences and applications;
  • Ability to explain differences between authoritative DNS & recursive DNS;
  • Understanding of firewalls and TLS importance, HTTP nuances;
  • Singaporean or PR is highly preferred.
