About the role

  • Lead and manage a regional team of ISRs to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Coach the team on hunting, structured qualification and consultative selling to drive new business.
  • Support ISRs in managing multiple deals at different stages, ensuring high-velocity execution from first contact to close.
  • Use Salesforce and data-driven insights to manage the regional pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Marketing to hire top sales talent and optimize lead flow across our APAC hubs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales representatives, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Deep understanding of high-velocity sales cycles within the small and midsize market. (Sub 300 employees)
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as both a leader and an individual contributor.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills with the ability to coach others on framework execution.
  • Ability to manage and lead distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures (specifically India, Greater China, Korea, and ANZ).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
