Executive Assistant

• Provide full administrative support to the Impact Investment Services (IIS) team.
• Report directly to the VP of Corporate Governance and Administration.
• Calendar management, coordinating logistics for meetings, and handling inquiries.
• Schedule, organize, and collect meeting documents for internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate projects supporting cross-functional initiatives and content development.
• Maintain a logical, digital file structure for IIS documents.
• Enter and update client, prospect, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
