Marketing

• Collaborating closely with the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager to develop and implement wholesale marketing campaigns across Northern European countries (UK & Ireland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland) for icebreaker and Smartwool.
• Partnering with local Sales teams to build and support relationships with strategic wholesale partners
• Creating comprehensive marketing plans, detailing execution across all channels to drive demand, enhance consumer engagement and increase conversion rates.
• Leading coordination with third-party agencies to execute seasonal account marketing campaign plans at the local level (in-store setups, events).
• Monitoring and improving marketing activities and results to increase performance, optimize budget expenditures, and boost sell-through rates.
• Developing and coordinating bespoke wholesale projects (such as pop-ups and shop-in-shops), to ensure their high-quality execution throughout the year.
• Tracking and monitoring production budgets to ensure compliance with company-approved figures.
