About the role

  • Lead the renewal process for all assigned accounts.
  • Align renewal dates with the customer's beachhead.
  • Establish new and maintain existing VP and above relationships at multiple levels.
  • Identify and pursue potential upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and negotiation, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and renewal goals.
