About the role
- Lead the renewal process for all assigned accounts.
- Align renewal dates with the customer's beachhead.
- Establish new and maintain existing VP and above relationships at multiple levels.
- Identify and pursue potential upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and negotiation, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to align solutions with customer needs.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and renewal goals.
