About the role

  • Handle support tickets during US business hours
  • Write Python scripts for imports, data cleanup, deduplication, and reporting
  • Assist customers with API usage, migrations, and data transformations
  • Write clear bug reports and contributions based on real-world usage patterns
  • Test new AI tools, workflows, and automation approaches

Requirements

  • 1+ years using Python to solve real problems
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, support, or similar)
  • Strong written communicator in English
  • Comfortable working 100% remote in a fully distributed team
  • Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
