About the role
- Handle support tickets during US business hours
- Write Python scripts for imports, data cleanup, deduplication, and reporting
- Assist customers with API usage, migrations, and data transformations
- Write clear bug reports and contributions based on real-world usage patterns
- Test new AI tools, workflows, and automation approaches
Requirements
- 1+ years using Python to solve real problems
- Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, support, or similar)
- Strong written communicator in English
- Comfortable working 100% remote in a fully distributed team
- Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
