About the role

  • Provide SAP application support for PP, QM, and PM modules.
  • Manage incident resolution and perform root cause analysis.
  • Deliver change requests through system configuration, testing, and transport management.
  • Perform ITC/NRT testing and ensure solution quality.
  • Implement SAP customizations including bug fixes and configuration changes.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for technical developments and enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with MM, EWM, FICO, SD, and external systems (RFC, iDocs, XML, WMS).
  • Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Monitor and ensure timely execution of KPIs.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Coach and support junior team members.

Requirements

  • 6.9 years of experience in SAP IT application support and delivery
  • Strong expertise in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI applications
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, enhancements, and transport management
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration points with MM, EWM, FICO, and SD
  • Experience integrating SAP with production and WMS systems via RFC, iDocs, and XML
  • Proficiency in Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
