About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow AI & automation initiatives
- Manage projects involving: Now Assist Virtual Agent Predictive Intelligence Agentic AI
- Collaborate with business, platform, and AI/ML teams to define scope and execution plans
- Own project planning, timelines, risk management, dependencies, and reporting
- Drive AI adoption, change management, and business value realization
- Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance, security, and best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project / Program Management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI implementations
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and automation capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
