About the role

  • Own a Portfolio of Enterprise Customers: Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to drive retention.
  • Pilot: Manage Pilot engagement over multiple different opportunities. Project management of Clipbook’s highest value accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success playbook, resources, and best practices.

Requirements

  • ~3-7 years of professional experience in a tier 1 professional setting (strategy consulting / MBB, top investment bank or private equity fund, etc.)
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding communication skills - able to engage with both executive stakeholders and end-users, drive complex client meetings, etc.
  • Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable working with large datasets, metrics, and KPIs to build ROI-driven business cases.
  • Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with the public relations, media, communications, government affairs, or public affairs.
