Engineering Manager

• Build and lead the team. Set the technical direction. Ship with urgency. Stay hands-on. Drive reliability at scale. Bridge customers and product. Work directly with founders, customers, and engineers. Shape technical architecture, culture, and trajectory.

Engineer

• Embed with customers: work closely with comms and public affairs teams to understand workflows and pain points and design tailor-made, scalable solutions
• Build & deploy: own integrations, data pipelines, and product customizations (Python, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL) and move fast from concept to customer impact
• Act as a bridge: capture field intelligence and feed it back into product and engineering to ensure alignment with high-value user needs
• Solve diverse technical challenges: stand up real-time ingestion pipelines, package AI/ML features for enterprise usability, and optimize cloud deployments for scale
• Drive adoption: partner with Customer Success and Sales to convert pilots into long-term contracts and act as the technical face of Clipbook
• Shape Clipbook’s culture: set standards for customer work, document solutions, and create repeatable playbooks as an early hire

Client Services Representative

• Clipbook is looking for a results-driven Enterprise Client Services Director to join our fast-growing startup.
• This role will focus on the public affairs, public relations, and corporate segments.
• This includes managing relationships with current clients, ensuring accounts get the most value out of Clipbook, and using industry knowledge to expand client engagements.
• Own a Portfolio of Enterprise Customers: Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to drive retention.
• Pilot: Manage Pilot engagement over multiple different opportunities. Project management of Clipbook’s highest value accounts.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success playbook, resources, and best practices.
