About the role
- Act as a technical point person for our EPM Solution (Pigment), ensuring system health through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
- Manage the end-to-end ticket lifecycle by providing timely, customer-first support and technical troubleshooting for our internal users.
- Coordinate with teammates and stakeholders to resolve bugs and execute system enhancements that improve the user experience.
- Assist in maintaining FP&A integrations with connected applications: NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, and Looker, etc.
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Administer user licenses and permissions while ensuring proper controls are in place for sensitive financial data.
- Draft and maintain application documentation, help articles, and instructional materials to empower our users.
- Support Senior Specialists in scoping requirements for new roadmap features by providing insight into common user pain points.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience with EPM platforms, either from an administration/maintenance standpoint or as a power user within an FP&A team.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first approach to providing support, with the ability to translate technical fixes into clear communication for non-technical users.
- Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively within a team to meet shared goals.
- Experience writing user-facing documentation or training guides.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
