About the role

  • Overall commercial accountability for a project
  • Resource management responsibility across a portfolio of projects
  • Work within the Service Delivery customer engagement process and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage finances, planning, risk and client stakeholders and relationships
  • Proactively manage and communicate with clients for high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain understanding of features and translate into best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in project management and delivering successful projects
  • Strong on process and change management
  • Interest in improving craft by using AI
  • Attention to detail and experience in project financial reporting
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture and modern software methodologies
  • Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
