About the role

  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to assess the competitiveness of Themis Solutions Inc.'s compensation programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations, analyze job descriptions, and recommend appropriate salary grades and pay ranges.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation-related policies.
  • Prepare compensation reports and analyses, including cost modeling for proposed changes and impact assessments.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and long-term incentive awards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) is essential.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compensation best practices and relevant employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
