About the role

  • Build and lead the TechOps team; ensure alignment with company objectives and foster collaboration between IT, DevOps, and Cloud teams.
  • Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency, including establishing and leading a specialized support team.
  • Monitor technical and operational processes in compliance with best practices and industry standards (process monitoring).
  • Continuously optimize workflows through automation and manage 24/7 cloud support and after-implementation services.
  • Responsible for the department budget and achieving revenue targets through technical services and cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with project management to ensure smooth technical implementations in customer projects.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales phases and act as the primary contact for customer escalations and SLA management.
  • Oversee security measures and ensure compliance requirements for the entire cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with complex technical systems and cloud infrastructures.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and managing technical departments.
  • Solid experience in process optimization and automation (DevOps mindset).
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budget and revenue management.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a high degree of customer orientation.
  • Confident handling of IT security standards and compliance regulations.
  • Fluent communication in German and English (both required).
