Manage and optimize the organization's network infrastructure
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and securely
Monitor network performance, resolve issues, and implement security protocols to protect the network from external threats
Contribute to network expansion projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network performance, and lead troubleshooting efforts for network issues
Support the implementation of new technologies and network upgrades
Improve overall network security and performance by configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Mentor entry-level staff and provide technical support to end-users.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2-5 years experience in network administration and engineering
Strong experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Familiarity with network security measures like firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems
Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting utilities
Ability to manage and optimize network performance
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
