About the role
- Document existing sales and revenue operations processes, including workflows, roles, handoffs, and systems of record
- Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Channel Operations, Systems, and other cross-functional stakeholders to map end-to-end business processes
- Create clear, structured documentation such as process maps, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and reference guides
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in current processes and recommend improvements
- Support the standardization of processes across regions, segments, or teams
- Assist with maintaining internal documentation repositories and ensuring materials stay current
- Present documented processes and recommendations to the GTM Operations team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to break down complex workflows into clear, logical steps
- Comfort working across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
- Experience with process mapping or documentation (preferred)
- Exposure to Salesforce or other business systems (preferred)
- Interest in sales operations, business operations, or SaaS environment (preferred)
