Manage, coordinate and conduct MEL activities at initiative level
Design and facilitate workshops to co-design MEL frameworks, Theories of Change and Measurement and Learning tools with partners
Validate and disseminate quantitative and qualitative data analysis with diverse stakeholders
Build MEL capacity of Climate KIC staff and partners
Contribute to robust funder and partner accountability including reporting
Embed MEL plans in future funding opportunities and early-stage initiatives
Support cluster-level MEL activities and monitoring, learning and portfolio processes across Climate KIC
Work closely with central MEL Team, project teams, cluster leadership and enabling functions (Strategic Partnerships, Communications, Hub) to embed learning
Requirements
Experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional
Experience of developing and implementing MEL frameworks and approaches, including Theories of Change
Mixed-methods measurement and evaluation experience
Experience with complexity-sensitive and systems-aware MEL approaches
Strong analytical, systemizing and communication skills
Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative datasets
Experience reviewing and synthesising technical reports
Experience developing insight reports based mostly on secondary mixed-method data
Excellent ability and experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups at different project/portfolio stages
Experience writing funding applications and reports for funders, particularly on MEL
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Experience or willingness to work with collaborative IT applications (Office365, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Zoom, Mentimeter) and emerging AI applications
Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams or functions in a dynamic environment
