DevOps Engineer

• Collaborate with various engineering teams in ClickHouse to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available systems for ClickHouse.
• Establish and manage service level objectives (SLOs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Ensure all the infrastructure components in ClickHouse Cloud (including Data Plane, Control Plane,ClickHouse Core, etc) have monitoring and alerting in place to ensure timely detection and resolution of incidents.
• Enhance and refine incident response processes and post-mortem analysis for any outages in ClickHouse Cloud including working with the support team to communicate to the impacted customers.
• Continuously improve the reliability and performance of our ClickHouse services.
• Plan, enable, and drive Chaos initiatives across Engineering teams, based upon internal priorities.
• Manage on-call processes to respond to performance and reliability issues, and establish best practices for coordinating escalation to resolve issues and minimize downtime.

• Design and implement the global strategy and program frameworks for Tech and ISV/OEM partners to rapidly scale the ClickHouse ecosystem.
• Define and execute the strategy for driving distribution and customer acquisition by leveraging the Tech/ISV ecosystem.
• Build strategic pathways with modern Agentic and deployment platforms, such as Vercel and Replit, to integrate ClickHouse into the next generation of AI-driven application workflows.
• Carry a revenue quota tied to bookings influenced or sourced by Tech and ISV/OEM partners, ensuring a measurable impact on company growth.
• Execute joint business opportunities through co-sell initiatives, referral programs, and field alignment between ClickHouse and partner sales teams.

• Architect and build a robust, scalable, and highly available distributed infrastructure.
• Build a cutting-edge cloud-native platform on top of the public cloud, and automate our cloud resource management.

Senior Software Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure

Software Engineer

• Lead and grow ClickHouse’s AMER meetup network, coordinating events, speakers, logistics, and community engagement to deliver high-quality, consistent experiences.
• Serve as the primary connector for developer-focused initiatives across ClickHouse, collaborating closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams, as well as external partners and customers.
• Act as a liaison between ClickHouse, our community, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
• Enable internal teams to create impactful technical content, case studies, or demos by connecting them with subject matter experts and community insights.
• Track and report metrics that measure the success and impact of developer engagement, meetups, and advocacy programs.
• Represent ClickHouse at conferences, webinars, meetups, and other technical forums, ensuring the community has a strong, visible advocate.

Marketing

• Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events that support both immediate and long-term business objectives for ClickHouse.
• Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales leaders, to develop content and promotional strategies that drive high attendance and engagement.
