Business Development Rep

• Hands-on Outbound: Work with multiple different client projects delivering 20–25 high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month alongside your leadership responsibilities.
• KPI Ownership & Reporting: Track team-wide performance metrics (SQLs, response & conversion rates) and lead weekly reporting, forecasting, and performance deep-dives.
• Process & Tool Management: Evolve our outbound playbook and automate workflows where possible. Manage the sales tool stack, including email-automation and calling tools, ensuring process quality.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and develop a team of 3–5 BDRs through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Drive team growth by designing and delivering impactful training initiatives, including role-plays, pitch simulations, and other training materials.

• As a Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market, learning fast and delivering real impact.
• Campaign engagement: Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
• Lead qualification: Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.
• Proactive prospecting: When needed, go beyond templates. Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email or cold calls.
• CRM management: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion.

• Hold video calls and workshops with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (Data-, Marketing- and Sales-Teams)
• Manage relationships with our customers (software startups, consulting, and technology companies) to make sure they are achieving their desired outcomes
• Support internal lead generation and multichannel campaigns (E-Mail, Linkedin etc.) and communicate with our clients
