About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with our Sales Director to support Cleverep's growth in the DACH market.
  • Client-facing responsibilities: Manage responses from outbound campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure prospects progress smoothly through the funnel.
  • Lead qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads to identify high-quality prospects and schedule meetings that matter.
  • Proactive prospecting: Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to drive Cleverep's growth.
  • CRM management: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Continuous learning: Receive hands-on coaching and develop your sales, communication, and prospecting skills in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally previous experience in a dynamic start-up, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS or B2B)
  • Good understanding of B2B and account-based sales processes.
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.
  • English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
