About the role

  • The Senior Director of Major Gifts is responsible for interacting with multidisciplinary teams to manage market fundraising strategies.
  • Develop lasting relationships with Cleveland Clinic professionals and external donors and prospects.
  • Opportunity to further develop skills through Cleveland Clinic’s extensive library of resources.
  • A caregiver works remotely from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with a Hybrid schedule at West Palm Beach once building is completed.
  • Act as leader accountable for complete transfer of funds, property, etc. to Cleveland Clinic.
  • Lead overall management of the area and supervises assigned employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ten years of progressively responsible experience in Fund Raising, Direct Solicitation and Capital Campaign Environment, including management
  • Demonstrated success and experience in fund raising strategies for donor cultivation and direct solicitation
