About the role
- Direct and supervise the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition team.
- Build, lead and manage the growing recruitment team, including accountability of achieving performance requirements.
- Develop and oversee Talent Acquisition strategy and programs that align with organizational goals and the core mission and values of the organization.
- Advise Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring leaders on innovative strategies, effective and efficient processes and market/hiring trends.
- Proactively conduct ongoing market research and analysis to have a clear understanding of industry trends in the global healthcare environment and workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of professional and functionally relevant experience, including a minimum of five years of management experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related environment.
- Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Strong operations background or healthcare experience, in a large, matrixed organization.
- Healthcare operations or Talent Acquisition experience in different US markets.
- Proven experience managing leaders.
