About the role
- Join the Cleveland Clinic team where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare
- Provide enterprise leadership for endpoint security
- Oversee prevention, detection, and response capabilities while ensuring alignment with Zero Trust principles
- Lead endpoint security operations, establish standards and baselines, drive vulnerability management and cyber hygiene automation
- Collaborate across infrastructure, identity, network, and cloud teams
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and minimum of 12 years related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years recent experience within Information Technology with focus on Security
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of position start date
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Excellent knowledge of security technology and strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to orchestrate complex initiatives successfully through influence and persuasion rather than direct command
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
