Manage multiple client-facing healthcare cybersecurity consulting engagements
Support the PMO through effective implementation of governance standards
Partner with Consulting Services colleagues to develop detailed project and program plans
Track project progress and performance, identifying and reporting risks or issues
Lead regular internal and external meetings
Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and documentation
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Ensure clear communication of project expectations with all stakeholders
Proactively identify and escalate issues related to client satisfaction
Coordinate internal resources in collaboration with Project Owners/Leads
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the project management system
Monitor project milestones and customer acceptance
Collaborate with Finance to resolve any invoicing issues
Provide monthly backlog analysis and support project close-out procedures

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management
A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Experience with Certinia’s Professional Services Automation tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sound decision-making and good judgment under pressure
Ability to perform in time-sensitive and high-pressure environments
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing setting
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
