• Lead the strategy, development, pricing, and performance of Clearview’s consumer deposit products.
• Combine analytical horsepower, competitive awareness, and cross-functional leadership to grow deposit balances.
• Enhance profitability, support liquidity needs, and ensure Clearview remains the trusted primary financial institution for its members.
• Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Digital, Member Experience, IT, and Compliance to execute product strategy.

• Deliver courteous and professional service to members, supporting Clearview’s digital channels
• Handle inquiries through phone, chat, and email, resolve technical issues
• Promote products and services that fit members' needs
• Assist with digital training for new hires as needed

Call Center Specialist – Digital Experience

Community Manager

• Support the AVP, Public Relations & Community Impact in advancing Clearview’s community impact work by leading program execution, strengthening nonprofit relations, managing key initiatives, and ensuring employee volunteerism and giving programs operate efficiently
• Oversee and manage Clearview’s community impact programs including Clearview Cares volunteer initiatives, nonprofit partnerships, charitable giving, and sponsorship activities
• Translate Clearview’s community impact priorities into actionable plans, developing clear workflows, timelines, and performance dashboards
• Cultivate and steward nonprofit and community partnerships, identifying opportunities that enhance Clearview’s visibility, deepen community trust, and create pathways for business development and member growth
• Manage accurate and compliant tracking of community impact activity, including volunteer participation, donation and sponsorship requests, grantmaking activity, and corporate giving records
• Develop and deliver compelling community impact communications
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Brand, Marketing, Employee Experience, Member Experience, Sales, and Business Development teams
• Prepare monthly reporting for leadership and the Board
• Support annual and program-level budget planning for community impact initiatives
• Represent Clearview at select community events and stakeholder meetings
