Support Engineer

• Maintain all aspects of Clearview’s core platform processing including daily operations, core-integrated solutions, operations monitoring & troubleshooting, process automation, systems backup and recovery, and business continuity
• Provide related internal and on-call support

• Monitor 24x7x365 automated processing environment to ensure successful daily completion of assigned tasks and/or resolution of issues

Systems Support Analyst I

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee all daily operations of the Student Financial Empowerment Center
• Train and mentor student employees are responsible for running center activities
• Serve as the liaison/connection between the school staff and Clearview
• Provide engaging and age-appropriate financial education seminars to students within the center
• Coordinate and deliver in-classroom financial education presentations
• Host financial education sessions for parents, teachers, and community groups
• Build and maintain relationships with school staff, teachers, and administrators

Financial Wellness Program Coordinator

• Analyze sales referral pipelines to understand why referrals are or are not converting into closed products

• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau that translate data into meaningful narratives

Financial Sales Performance Analyst

Accountant

• Perform specialized accounting functions within Accounting - Deposit Operations in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent internal service while supporting the credit union’s overall financial integrity
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, streamline reconciliations, and improve reporting tools
• Daily Balancing and Reconciliation – 45% Responsible for balancing the Financial Centers’ previous day’s transactions and various subsidiary ledgers
• Post journal entries to the General Ledger
• Process and reconcile member-impacting items including returned checks, wire transfers, and mobile deposits
• Balance and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Issue Resolution & Department Collaboration – 25% Work closely with other departments in the credit union to research and correct any out-of-balance situations
• Support accurate and timely financial reporting
• Process Improvement & Efficiency – 15% Identify and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting

Staff Accountant

Data Analyst

• Analyze sales referral pipelines to understand why referrals are or are not converting into closed products
• Identify which products resonate with members and which may be underperforming
• Evaluate product complexity and member comprehension to determine if sales challenges stem from product design or delivery
• Assess why some employees are successful in moving from referral to sale while others struggle
• Partner with the Sales Performance Coach to identify sales coaching opportunities to bolster success
• Provide sales teams analysis to identify high-performing locations versus those performing below expectations and uncover the reasons why
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership and sales teams management that directly influence training, product design, sales strategies, and member engagement approaches
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Member Services) to recommend changes based on findings
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau that translate data into meaningful narratives

Sales Data Analyst

Bookkeeper

• Ensure all payrolls are processed on time, with accuracy
• Complete all related reporting
• Process bi-weekly, incentive and other special payrolls for Clearview employees and maintain all related records
• Provide payroll reports to Accounting
• Perform all employee changes in the ADP system
• Assist in maintaining electronic personnel files
• Maintain HRIS data
• Coordinate required deductions such as Local Services Tax, wage garnishments, etc.
• Administer local wage tax, imputed income, W-2 health premium accumulators, and required reporting
• Process Deduct-A-Pay & CU Giveback contributions; submit to PCUA
• Partner with AVP Total Rewards in handling unpaid time, adjustments for short-term disability, and related updates
• Partner with EX Systems & Data Analyst to understand payroll-related compliance requirements
• Utilize resources available through ADP; maintain relationship with ADP client services
• Assist with Department of Labor requirements including unemployment compensation claims, quarterly DOL reports, and court orders/subpoenas
• Complete all year-end attendance plan processes
• Process verifications of employment
• Support department activities/events and participate in onboarding sessions

Payroll Specialist

Vice President

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage the strategy, development, and delivery of Clearview’s digital solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure digital offerings anticipate and respond to evolving member expectations, regulatory demands, and industry innovations such as artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and fintech integration.
• Represent Clearview’s cultural, communication, and community engagement expectations while providing strategic leadership for the Digital Experience team.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain Clearview’s digital product management strategy, encompassing digital banking, CRM, data-driven personalization, member experience platforms, and fintech integrations.
