About the role
- Active new client acquisition (outbound outreach, follow-ups, closing)
- Selling our recruiting services to companies with immediate hiring needs
- Negotiation and closing of placement mandates and framework agreements
- Full ownership of the entire sales funnel – from initial contact to deal closure
- Build and maintain your own client portfolio with repeat business
- Strategic advisory to decision makers (HR, executive management)
- Close coordination of candidate processes up to successful placement
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting sales (360°)
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and deal closures
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on closing
- High target orientation, discipline and self-responsibility
- Business-fluent German, confident when engaging with decision makers
