About the role

  • Active new client acquisition (outbound outreach, follow-ups, closing)
  • Selling our recruiting services to companies with immediate hiring needs
  • Negotiation and closing of placement mandates and framework agreements
  • Full ownership of the entire sales funnel – from initial contact to deal closure
  • Build and maintain your own client portfolio with repeat business
  • Strategic advisory to decision makers (HR, executive management)
  • Close coordination of candidate processes up to successful placement

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting sales (360°)
  • Proven track record in new client acquisition and deal closures
  • Strong hunter mentality with a focus on closing
  • High target orientation, discipline and self-responsibility
  • Business-fluent German, confident when engaging with decision makers
