About the role
- Support a job architecture project by assisting with analysis, documentation, and coordination activities
- Draft, revise, and help manage communication materials and resources for stakeholders
- Provide project management support by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and following up on action items
- Build and maintain Excel-based models to analyze compensation scenarios
- Assist with compensation tools and recurring reporting
- Update and maintain stakeholder-facing tools and templates
Requirements
- Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
- Prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
- Based in the St. Louis, MO Metro Area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
