About the role
- Support the design and documentation of HR Shared Services processes, including intake models, workflows, service catalogs, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve HR productivity, efficiency, and service delivery
- Conduct research and analysis on HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, or improved employee experience
- Analyze employee engagement and survey data to identify trends, gaps, and focus areas for improvement
- Help develop data-backed action plans, summaries, and recommendations to address engagement insights
- Prepare presentation materials, dashboards, and written summaries for HR and People leadership
- Provide project coordination support, including meeting notes, action tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups
Requirements
- Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
- Prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
- Be based in the Denver Metro area
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
