About the role
- Overseeing all phases of client programs from inception to completion
- Focused on the oversight of exciting new demand response programs in the MidAtlantic region
- Collaborate with utilities to deliver impactful energy efficiency, energy transition, and decarbonization initiatives
- Ensure that utility partners and their customers receive a high level of service and innovative offerings that benefit the grid
- Manage a portion of a large client contract or several small contracts with oversight from manager
- Execute scopes of work for compliance and client satisfaction
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams typically consisting of 3-7 people
- May have direct people management with a span of control for 1-4 people
- Projects and programs have moderate complexity and risk
Requirements
- Relevant work experience plus 2-4 years project management
- 1+ years people management
- Bachelor’s degree
