Engineer

• Support Key Management and enterprise operations by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing software productivity tools
• Provide hands-on expertise, integration support, and user training for tool functionality and best practices
• Manage tool performance, licensing, usage tracking, associated databases and media
• Monitor tool usage, track licenses, and perform regular system and tool backups to ensure data continuity and security
• Support the installation, configuration, integration, customization, and evaluation of software tools
• Tailor and maintain technical documentation for tool installation, configuration, and backups
• Participate in evaluation and recommendation of new software tools to support evolving program needs
• Consult with team members and stakeholders and provide training and best-practice guidance
