About the role
- Structure and govern the branching strategy (controlled Trunk-Based)
- Implement and maintain Semantic Versioning (SemVer)
- Organize and evolve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Ensure traceability between Work Items, PRs and published releases
- Establish a release calendar, freeze periods and technical checklist
- Implement deployment governance and a formal rollback plan
- Monitor metrics such as Deployment Frequency, MTTR and Change Failure Rate
Requirements
- Experience as a Release Manager, DevOps engineer or a similar role
- Strong experience with branching strategies, versioning and CI/CD
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of .NET environments and SQL Server
- Structured, organized profile with a focus on risk reduction
