• Partner with the planning team to convert forecasts into supply plans; manage adjustments and reconciliations.

Supply Chain Manager

• Oversee daily inventory transactions across all facilities, ensuring real-time accuracy in ERP and WMS systems.
• Conduct cycle counts, full physical inventory counts, and reconcile variances with warehouse and finance teams.
• Manage receiving accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Own month-end inventory close process, including valuation and reporting for Finance.
• Monitor inventory adjustments, transfers, and write-offs to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Inventory Control Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Drive the company-wide financial planning processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios, support strategic initiatives, and drive decision-making.
• Analyze key business drivers, trends, and KPIs; deliver actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance and support resource allocation decisions.

The Performance Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for building the reporting infrastructure, measurement frameworks, and data insights that power our acquisition and retention strategies.
Build upon reporting from the Director of FP&A and Data Analytics to ensure consistency with company-wide data sources and definitions
Develop and maintain marketing-focused dashboards that track KPIs including CAC, LTV, AOV, LTM revenue, repurchase rate, and cohort trends
Partner with cross-functional teams to align on performance goals and ensure data integrity across systems
Deliver recurring performance reporting and insights that guide decision making
Lead marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing initiatives with an external agency to understand true channel contribution
Design and refine attribution frameworks to provide clarity across paid, organic, and retention channels
Define and execute a robust testing roadmap to evaluate channel efficiency, creative performance, and funnel optimization
Partner with paid media teams to analyze budget allocation, pacing, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with Retention Marketing Specialist to measure the impact of email, SMS, push, and subscriptions on retention and LTV
Ensure precision in UTM structure, attribution tagging, and tracking setup across all platforms

Performance Marketing Analytics Manager

• The Director of Digital Commerce Experience is responsible for leading the functionality, flow, and optimization of our eCommerce site to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• This role owns site merchandising, promotional strategy, and conversion optimization, while partnering closely with our UI designer to ensure a seamless and visually compelling customer journey.
• This position will also oversee our Ecommerce Specialist and App Developer and manage the relationship with our external development agency.
• The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands on, with deep experience in Shopify based DTC commerce, an analytical mindset, and a strong track record of improving conversion rate and overall site performance.
• Key Responsibilities: Site Strategy & Experience
• Own the end-to-end functionality and flow of the ecommerce site, ensuring an intuitive, frictionless shopping experience.
• Partner with the UI Designer to translate brand storytelling into seamless user journeys and optimized page layouts.
• Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, heatmapping, and funnel analysis to improve CVR, AOV, and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing to align digital experience with campaigns, launches, and business objectives.
• Merchandising & Promotions:
• Manage merchandising strategy, including product hierarchy, collections, cross-sells, and on-site search.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and operations to execute promotions.
• Monitor product detail page performance and collaborate on content optimization to improve add-to-cart and checkout rates.
• Site Operations & Development:
• Serve as the internal Shopify expert, overseeing day-to-day site operations and functionality.

• Manage and mentor a team of two: the Ecommerce Specialist and App Developer.

• Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce site performance, merchandising, UX in a DTC or ecommerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus and related integrations; experience with apps like Attentive, Recharge a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRO tools, heatmapping, and A/B testing platforms.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rate, AOV, and retention through site strategy and optimization.
• Experience managing agencies and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actionable site improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions and present insights to leadership.
• Salary: $80,000-100,000 annually
