About the role
- Oversee Professional Employer Organization (PEO) relationship.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting.
- Drive staff recruitment and ensure seamless onboarding experience for new team members.
- Coordinate external HR consultants and administer reviews.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and manage administrative staff.
- Develop and implement HR plan with objectives and strategies.
- Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (BA) from four-year college or university (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.
- SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
- 5+ years of HR experience, and recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in energy, engineering, or technical industries a plus.
- PEO oversight highly desired.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment with multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADP Total Source, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
