About the role

  • Oversee Professional Employer Organization (PEO) relationship.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting.
  • Drive staff recruitment and ensure seamless onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Coordinate external HR consultants and administer reviews.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks and manage administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement HR plan with objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (BA) from four-year college or university (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.
  • SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, and recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in energy, engineering, or technical industries a plus.
  • PEO oversight highly desired.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment with multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADP Total Source, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
