About the role

  • Cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing relationships for growth
  • Developing new market opportunities and referral sources within California
  • Collaborating with the Regional Outreach team and leadership to build student communities across CLE centers
  • Engaging with California public funding streams and working with partners to access funding
  • Monitoring and assessing relationships with key referrers for neurodivergent population needs
  • Participating in family tours and educating referral sources about CLE programs and services
  • Maintaining active database of resources and referrals and monitoring recruitment progress
  • Cultivating relationships with referral sources and keeping them updated on admissions processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in secondary, postsecondary, or special education; outreach, marketing, and post-secondary transition services are preferred
  • Direct experience working with referral sources and families of students that fit profile
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint
