Project Manager

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently assess complex client needs, architect comprehensive project plans, and maintain ultimate accountability for successful project delivery.
• Client Success Partnership: Work in tandem with the Client Success team, intentionally engaging CSMs regularly and including them on recurring client calls to position them as the primary relationship managers.
• Value & ROI Alignment: Collaborate with CSMs to ensure project delivery seamlessly transitions into long-term value creation and expected ROI for ClassWallet clients.
• Tiered Project Management: Successfully manage "projects within projects," balancing interconnected workstreams and navigating multi-layered dependencies.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple third-party vendors and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-Oriented Tracking: Maintain rigorous oversight of project timelines, resources, and deliverables using tools like Asana and MS Project to ensure execution without being "on an island."
