• Own the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of adjacent market opportunities surfaced by Sales, Client Success, Product, and other internal teams

• The Director, AI & Automation is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence and automation technologies across the organization.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Security Engineer

• FedRAMP Ownership: Own the entire process for maintaining and managing FedRAMP/GovRamp authorizations, including control implementation, documentation (e.g., System Security Plan - SSP), continuous monitoring, and annual audits (A&A).
• Audit Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all external security and compliance audits (including SOC 2 Type II), coordinating efforts between auditors, legal counsel, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes and high-quality evidence collection.
• Compliance Program Management: Design, implement, and lead the corporate security compliance program, ensuring adherence to the specific controls required by all key frameworks.
• Security-by-Design Review: Collaborate closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams, reviewing product roadmaps, features, and architectures to ensure security and government compliance (especially FedRAMP/GovRamp controls) are integrated from the initial design phase (Security-by-Design).
• Product Requirements Translation: Translate complex regulatory and certification controls into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories for product development teams.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments on product features, third-party integrations, and new technologies to proactively identify and mitigate compliance and security risks before product launch.
• Contractual Review: Support the Legal Team by critically reviewing and negotiating security and privacy clauses in customer contracts, RFPs, vendor agreements, and data processing addendums (DPAs), specifically pertaining to government and regulated clients.

Revenue Operations

• CRM Governance: Serve as the HubSpot/Salesforce expert. You will manage workflows, ensure accurate data entry for complex government contracts, and maintain a "Source of Truth" for all revenue activities.
• Sales Cycle Support: Partner with State Sales Directors to streamline the deal desk process. You’ll help manage contract generation and ensure all compliance-related documentation (KYC/KYB) is ready for implementation (after final review by Legal).
• Revenue Analytics: Build and manage dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion rates, and the velocity of funds being deployed. You will provide the weekly data stories that guide our executive decision-making.
• Marketplace & Vendor Ops Support: Assist in aligning sales efforts with our integrated marketplace of 100+ vendors (Staples, Office Depot, etc.) to ensure we are maximizing the value offered to our end users.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the "glue" between Sales, Marketing, and the Validation Services team to ensure that as we win new state contracts, our internal systems are prepared for the influx of transactions.

RevOps Coordinator

Paralegal

• Administer the LinkSquares CLM platform (e.g., managing user access, permissions, and workflows).
• Manage the template review cycle by proactively reminding in-house attorneys to update the contract templates based on legal and business changes.
• Ensure all contract templates in the LinkSquares platform are up to date, accurately reflecting current legal terms and company policies, including uploading new templates or revised templates at least once per year.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, assisting with questions on the LinkSquares CLM platform, training users, and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Perform meticulous proofreading and editing of legal documents, including contracts, policies, corporate resolutions, and internal memoranda, to ensure accuracy, grammar, consistency, and adherence to established company standards.
• Organize, file, and maintain both physical and electronic legal documents and records, ensuring easy access and compliance with retention policies.
• Manage the end-to-end process for document execution, including obtaining and coordinating internal and external signatures for contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Track the status of documents requiring signature and maintain a centralized log of fully executed agreements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, answering basic legal questions with the support of in-house counsel and directing complex matters to the appropriate in-house attorney.

Head Architect

• Design, implement, and maintain automated data quality checks to validate accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across data pipelines and analytics layers.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting for data pipelines to detect anomalies, schema changes, or data drift.
• Validate business logic, calculations, aggregations and filters in BI tools to ensure alignment with business definitions.
