Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently assess complex client needs, architect comprehensive project plans, and maintain ultimate accountability for successful project delivery.
Client Success Partnership: Work in tandem with the Client Success team, intentionally engaging CSMs regularly and including them on recurring client calls to position them as the primary relationship managers.
Value & ROI Alignment: Collaborate with CSMs to ensure project delivery seamlessly transitions into long-term value creation and expected ROI for ClassWallet clients.
Tiered Project Management: Successfully manage "projects within projects," balancing interconnected workstreams and navigating multi-layered dependencies.
Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple third-party vendors and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
Detail-Oriented Tracking: Maintain rigorous oversight of project timelines, resources, and deliverables using tools like Asana and MS Project to ensure execution without being "on an island."

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certification: Active, current Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: A highly collaborative, adaptable, and approachable interpersonal style with a proven track record of partnering closely with client-facing or account management teams.
Communication: Sharp, articulate verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Technical & Operational Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail with hands-on proficiency in project management software (Excel, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
**Preferred**:
Public Sector Experience: Prior experience successfully managing or navigating government projects.
Scale & Scope: Experience operating at a Program Manager level, overseeing portfolios of interconnected projects.
Tooling: Strong hands-on experience specifically within Asana.
