About the role
- Support the execution of media and PR strategies defined by the marketing and communication team.
- Act as an operational interface with journalists and media partners once collaborations are set.
- Respond to press requests (product information, assets, background material) in a timely and structured way.
- Organize company content (press kits, product images, technical documents, releases) in shared folders.
- Maintain tidy, clearly structured, and up-to-date repositories for cross-department use.
- Ensure external partners always receive the correct and most recent materials.
- Coordinate product shipping requests for media, tests, and reviews.
- Liaise with internal teams (logistics, product, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
- Track shipments and maintain clear records in shared files.
- Keep shared documents updated for visibility across departments.
- Support alignment between PR, product, marketing, and logistics teams.
- Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or potential improvements in processes.
Requirements
- Strong interest and passion for the cycling industry.
- Solid understanding of cycling components, with particular familiarity with drivetrain systems.
- Previous experience in a PR support or PR associate role, preferably in cycling, sports, or technical consumer goods.
- Comfortable interacting with journalists and media professionals, understanding how to balance media needs with company objectives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Clear written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Used to working remotely and managing tasks independently.
