• Act as an operational interface with journalists and media partners once collaborations are set.
• Respond to press requests (product information, assets, background material) in a timely and structured way.
• Organize company content (press kits, product images, technical documents, releases) in shared folders.
• Maintain tidy, clearly structured, and up-to-date repositories for cross-department use.
• Ensure external partners always receive the correct and most recent materials.
• Coordinate product shipping requests for media, tests, and reviews.
• Liaise with internal teams (logistics, product, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
• Track shipments and maintain clear records in shared files.
• Keep shared documents updated for visibility across departments.
• Support alignment between PR, product, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or potential improvements in processes.
