About the role
- Play a critical role in protecting user trust and ensuring privacy, safety, and compliance commitments
- Independently manage regulated privacy and safety workflows
- Investigate, solve, and respond to sensitive privacy- and safety-related user issues with care
- Manage and fulfill data subject requests and content reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support incident response investigations, adhering to protocols
- Identify patterns and recurring risk themes, surfacing insights to teams
- Develop and maintain clear SOPs, templates, and documentation
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvement
Requirements
- Experience providing 1:1 support to users while meeting response time SLAs
- Experience handling regulated privacy or safety workflows, such as data subject requests (DSRs)
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and consistently produce high-quality, defensible documentation
- Sound, well-reasoned judgment in ambiguous or risk-sensitive situations
- Familiarity with privacy and safety regulations such as GDPR, COPPA, or DSA
- Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in sensitive scenarios
- Proactive identification of ways to improve processes, documentation, or tooling
