About the role

  • Work with customers to plan, design, build and deploy Claroty’s solution to meet the client’s objectives and requirements, while enabling value.
  • Act as the main point of contact for every technical engagement with existing customers, responsible for the technical health of the customer.
  • Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry direction, and moment.
  • Develop artifacts, documentation, etc. to optimize services, increase product value and create value for customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience as a Post-sale / Professional Services / Delivery Technical Engineer
  • Previous experience with Cyber security products and work processes
  • Strong networking knowledge (understanding protocols behavior and ability to analyse network traffic from capture – CCNP/CCNA is an advantage)
  • At least basic familiarity with Database maintenance (MySQL and Postgres) and Linux operation
  • Customer oriented approach, customer facing experience
  • Project Management experience and skills
  • Willingness to travel abroad (up to 20%)
  • Full Proficiency in English
  • Advantage: Experience in the Healthcare industry and familiarity with Health Delivery Organizations
