About the role
- Work with customers to plan, design, build and deploy Claroty’s solution to meet the client’s objectives and requirements, while enabling value.
- Act as the main point of contact for every technical engagement with existing customers, responsible for the technical health of the customer.
- Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry direction, and moment.
- Develop artifacts, documentation, etc. to optimize services, increase product value and create value for customers.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience as a Post-sale / Professional Services / Delivery Technical Engineer
- Previous experience with Cyber security products and work processes
- Strong networking knowledge (understanding protocols behavior and ability to analyse network traffic from capture – CCNP/CCNA is an advantage)
- At least basic familiarity with Database maintenance (MySQL and Postgres) and Linux operation
- Customer oriented approach, customer facing experience
- Project Management experience and skills
- Willingness to travel abroad (up to 20%)
- Full Proficiency in English
- Advantage: Experience in the Healthcare industry and familiarity with Health Delivery Organizations
