About the role
- Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements and develop client solutions
- Design, develop, and configure SAP IBP functions to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
- Provide general technical support for clients and conduct training as required
- Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
- Deliver creative business solutions for clients in life sciences, consumer products, and retail
- Travel to client sites approximately 30-50%; work from home office when not at client sites
Requirements
- Expertise in SAP IBP with at least 3 full-life cycle implementation projects
- Strong functional knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and Demand Planning Processes
- Team Lead experience
- Flexibility and adaptability to perform design and hands-on configuration
- Thorough client services orientation and active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to present and write at publication quality level to communicate findings and recommendations
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Ability and willingness to travel 30-50%
