About the role

  • Plan, develop and implement quality software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Customize and enhance our core solution for Trademark Renewals
  • Lead the collaboration with team members, other teams (DevOps , Architecture ) and groups (Product Management) within Clarivate
  • Design, automate and support sophisticated data extraction, transformation, and loading applications.
  • For ETL applications, create logical and physical data flow models.
  • Plan and lead the refactor, update, and extension of existing code and frameworks to remain safe and maintainable.
  • Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support to QA team.
  • Continuously lead the improvement and innovation
  • The role will partially consist of reviewing the code and helping team members to learn and improve required skills, processes, and techniques.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, or equivalent
  • 5 + years of experience with .Net C#, SQL Server development and related tools
  • 3+ years of experience with consuming, designing and extending APIs (REST)
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud providers (AWS or Azure)
  • 2+ years of leading development teams
  • Knowledge and experience in agile software development
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications and cloud tools
  • Knowledge of SQL Server , SSIS, SSRS and Azure ADF.
  • Experience in system integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps automation and creation of deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with implementing and testing integrations between systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor software engineers, maintain architectural vision and product quality.
