Leverage qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills to develop new data products and enhance existing data products in the healthcare provider vertical
Design, develop, and maintain processes and systems to analyze structured & unstructured “big data” sources using tools like Tableau, SQL, Python, and other analytic software
Coordinate cross-functional, data-driven projects to ensure deliverables are to scope, timelines and met and – mostly important – clients are satisfied
Collaborate with both clients and fellow team members to implement solutions
Develop and execute creative solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Take initiative to increase group productivity and problem-solving capability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative science
5+ years of experience in analytics, utilizing SQL and relational databases with both structured and unstructured data
Experience with medical, hospitals, providers or any health systems data is required
At least 1-2 years of experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Spotfire
Exposure or experience working in Snowflake
Experience with claims data a plus
Hands-on experience wrangling through large datasets using BI tools
