About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships.
- Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and aligned with the project scope.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Keep clients informed about project progress, risks, delays, and key updates.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns or dissatisfaction.
- Manage issues and escalations by involving the relevant internal teams.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, agreements, and decisions.
- Prepare and share status reports and updates with clients.
- Identify opportunities for further collaboration or additional services.
Requirements
- Experience working with SAP solutions.
- Fluency in German.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Good understanding of project delivery processes.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and documentation proficiency.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within IT, consulting, or project environments.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and service-delivery models.
- Proactive, dependable, and customer-oriented work approach.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle escalations professionally.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
