About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with client stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and aligned with the project scope.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress, risks, delays, and key updates.

Requirements

  • Experience working with SAP solutions.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Good understanding of project delivery processes.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and documentation proficiency.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within IT, consulting, or project environments.
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle and service-delivery models.
  • Proactive, dependable, and customer-oriented work approach.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle escalations professionally.
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
