Account Executive

• Sales Execution and Deal Ownership: Manage the entire sales process for enterprise accounts, covering lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and renewals.
• Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Generate a pipeline from ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts via value-driven outbound prospecting (incl. cold calls, emails, conferences). Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos.
• Strategic Deal Execution: Drive complex solution sales, consistently closing large, high-value deals, targeting six or seven-figure contracts. In addition, work closely with our partner network to close co-sell motions from our joint pipeline.
• Value Articulation: Build comprehensive proposals and ROI cases that clearly articulate Clarity's transformative value proposition.
• Negotiation & Forecasting: Lead negotiations, addressing objections, and navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders. Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue.
• Customer Strategy and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives (CX leaders, Product Leaders, and Operations Leaders), to understand their pain points and drive long-term partnerships. Leverage the internal executive team to accelerate deal cycles and secure buy-in from top-level client decision-makers. Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure customer success.
• GTM Influence: Play a pivotal role in shaping our GTM motion, influencing how we engage and close key accounts in priority verticals like BFSI and Telcos.

Enterprise Account Executive – Strategic Accounts

Data Scientist

• Build — design & ship Agentic AI for CX and structured extraction pipelines.
• Architect & scale systems for reliability and efficiency, engage in on-call duties.
• Collaborate with back‑end & front‑end teams on ML product integration.

Data Science Tech Lead – GenAI

Full-stack Engineer

• Build responsive React (TypeScript) frontends (state mgmt, data viz, virtualized tables, forms, charts, file uploads, accessibility).
• Implement FastAPI services (async I/O, Pydantic v2, background jobs, caching) with robust testing.
• Design Elasticsearch models & queries
• Integrate AI features (streaming responses, structured outputs, eval hooks) to accelerate prototyping and user value.
• Ship and run services on AWS and/or GCP (ECS/EKS/Lambda or Cloud Run/GKE), containerized with Docker.
• Own CI/CD (GitHub Actions), IaC (Terraform), logging/metrics/tracing (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch/Stackdriver, Grafana/Prometheus), and SLOs.
• Optimize p95 latency, throughput, and cost; manage secrets, networking, VPCs, and build resilient retries/backoffs.
• Work closely with design/PM on specs and UX polish; pair with back-end/ML on data contracts and APIs.
• Partner with the Insights team on taxonomy/schema changes and with Data/ML on search & analytics expectations.
• Write crisp docs, PRDs/tech notes, and demo your work to execs & customers.
• Contribute to on-call for your services and drive post-mortems to closure.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights from semi-structured data, leveraging advanced AI tools to ensure relevance and value for customers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer data accounts, including running data pipelines, fulfilling custom requests, conducting health checks, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions that empower customers to analyze their data and generate insights across diverse business use cases.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey—from product demos and onboarding to data analysis, insights delivery, and ongoing customer success management.
