About the role
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud solutions.
- Oversee the deployment, management, and operation of applications on Azure.
- Work closely with engineering and project management teams to plan and execute key software deliveries.
- Monitor and optimise cloud solutions for performance efficiency.
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures, processes, and best practices.
- Conduct Technical Design Authority (TDA) reviews and ensure architectural best practices are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Azure Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory/Entra, App Services, Event Grid, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET 8/10.
- Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
- Familiarity with the Well-Architected Framework and TOGAF architectural frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines managed in Azure DevOps using YAML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools (Terraform).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Administrator Associate
- TOGAF Certified
