About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable automation frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation
- Execute automated, exploratory, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Contribute to improving test coverage, execution speed, and automation efficiency
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives
- Support regulatory and compliance standards where applicable
Requirements
- Experience in software quality engineering or test automation
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow preferred
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, medical imaging, or other regulated environments preferred
