About the role
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy for EdTech mobile apps
- Own and optimize product-wide CPA at scale
- Scale acquisition through continuous experimentation
- Own marketing performance tracking end-to-end
- Lead, mentor, and grow the UA and Creative Production teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing (Mobile/Web, Tier-1)
- Proven track record of managing 7-figure monthly spends with a focus on positive ROI and net profit growth
- Deep-dive expertise in Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Google UAC, TikTok, and other UA sources
- Hands-on experience solving complex scaling problems
- Expertise to build and optimize a creative production process/factory
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced startup environments
